Key Features
- Superior Elasticity & Adhesion – Rubber-like flexibility with strong tensile and crack resistance.
- Excellent Durability – Waterproof, anti-aging, and weather-resistant for long-term protection.
- Direct Exposure Finish – Can be used as a decorative surface when fully cured; available in multiple colors.
- Eco-Friendly Formula – Low VOC content and safe for indoor and outdoor use.
Application Method
- Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, firm, and free from dust, oil, or moisture. - Base Treatment
Fill gaps or cracks and reinforce weak areas with primer or additional coating. - Coating Application
Apply the liquid rubber coating evenly in multiple thin layers. Allow each layer to dry before applying the next to achieve the desired film thickness.
Precautions
- Avoid applying too thick in a single coat; use multiple thin layers for optimal waterproof performance.
- If bubbles appear due to humidity or uneven coating, wait until dry, then reapply after removing bubbles.
- Do not expose the coated surface to water or rain within 48 hours after application.
